Structure & Decision Making

ESN operates on three levels: local, national, and international. The National Assembly functions as an umbrella structure that unites all local sections under one coordinated framework.

Key Functions & Responsibilities

The National Assembly fulfills five core responsibilities that guide ESN Azerbaijan's operations and growth.

Network Oversight
The National Assembly is responsible for the creation of a more mobile and flexible education environment by supporting and developing student exchange at different levels.

The General Assembly decides by secret ballot and qualified majority on important matters, including the official admission of new sections.

Defining national goals and ensuring that all activities align with the mission of "Students helping students."

Statutory Compliance
Reviewing the Statute and Constitutive Act of candidate organizations to ensure they conform to ESN Azerbaijan's principles before becoming official sections.
